As part of being environmentally-friendly, Clearwire utilizes paperless billing for customers to review their billing history or monthly service charges online rather than in a printed, paper format. Some benefits of online invoicing include:

  • Offers you the ability to view your invoice anytime day or night, at home or while you travel.

  • Less use of paper resources.

  • Ability to print a hard copy of your bill, if needed

You can easily access your invoices online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just sign in at www.clear.com.

Why do we ask for credit card

A user credit card is necessary to open an account with CLEAR even if there is no charge or purchase for two reasons:


If no purchase was selected in the order, your credit card will not be charged.

The MAC ID (Media Access Control Identifier) is a set of 12 alphanumeric characters on each WiMAX device used to identify your device on the CLEAR network. The MAC ID is listed on the label on the bottom of your device and is preceded by the letters “MAC”.
