When can I expect my new equipment to arrive?


All CLEAR equipment is shipped via UPS next day business. You should receive your products the business day after you place your order, as long as the order is completed before 4:00 P.M (EST)

Why do we ask for credit card

A user credit card is necessary to open an account with CLEAR even if there is no charge or purchase for two reasons:


If no purchase was selected in the order, your credit card will not be charged.

The MAC ID (Media Access Control Identifier) is a set of 12 alphanumeric characters on each WiMAX device used to identify your device on the CLEAR network. The MAC ID is listed on the label on the bottom of your device and is preceded by the letters “MAC”.
