I’m not able to get to the Status /Web UI web page for my Clear Spot 4G+. What do I do?
If ‘Your Clear Spot 4G+ Status’ page (also known as the user Web interface or UI)- is not appearing when you enter http://192.168.0.1 into your browser’s address bar, check each of the following :
1. Be sure that your device is turned on.
2. Check to see if at least 2 or more bars of signal are illuminated in the upper left corner of the Clear Spot’s front LCD screen.
3. Check to be certain that you have established a connection to your Clear Spot device through either Wi-Fi or a USB cable.
4. Ensure that your web browser is a recent version and Java-enabled.
5. If your computer has other connection devices (for example, an Ethernet cable) connected to other networks, disable or remove them from your computer.
6. If Internet security software is running on your computer, disable it and see whether the error message still occurs. (Some firewall software may block access to the home page.)
7. If DHCP is enabled on the Clear Spot 4G+ device, ensure DHCP is enabled on your computer
