If you’ve forgotten your Clear Spot’s password you’ll need to reset your unit to factory default settings.

• 1. Turn on your Clear Spot 4G.

• 2. Press and hold the Power Button for approximately 10 seconds.

•     •   The multicolor LED will flash green and change to solid green.

• 3. Release the Power button and the Clear Spot 4G will turn off.

• 4. Your Clear Spot 4G has been reset to default settings.

• It’s easy to reset your User Name and Password

• Turn on your Clear Spot.

• Press and hold the Power Button for approximately 15 seconds. The multicolor LED will flash green.

• After the LED turns solid green, release the Power Button and the Clear Spot will turn off.

• Your Clear Spot has been reset to the default settings. The default User Name and Password are “admin.”

Note: When you reset the Clear Spot to the default settings, it also resets the following items:

• Network Name / SSID (Clear Spot xxx) and password (which can be found on the label on the back of the Clear Spot and under the battery)
