I did not receive my shipping return label, what do I do?
You can request a replacement shipping label by signing into your account at www.clear.com.
Once you are signed in, look for the box labeled Customer Care where you will find a link to request a replacement shipping label. Any labels emailed to you in the past 30 days will be listed. Just click on the one you need. There is also an option to update your email address there, if your email address changed or you want the shipping label to be sent to another email address.
