How do I log on to my Clear Spot 4G+ Personal Hotspot?

To gain access to your Clear Spot 4G+ PHS from your computer:

  • First, ensure that your Clear Spot device is turned on and that there is signal (either 4G or 3G ) strength indicated in the upper left hand corner of its LCD display screen.

  • Next, find your Clear Spot 4G+ wireless signal’s name listed on your computer’s ‘connection manager’ and select it.

  • When prompted on your computer, enter the 5 digit password that is displayed on your Clear Spot 4G+ LCD display screen.

  • Click Enter.

  • You should now be logged in to the CLEAR network and ready to connect to the Internet.

The MAC ID (Media Access Control Identifier) is a set of 12 alphanumeric characters on each WiMAX device used to identify your device on the CLEAR network. The MAC ID is listed on the label on the bottom of your device and is preceded by the letters “MAC”.
