My caller ID has not worked since I forwarded my CLEAR Voice calls.


The Caller ID feature depends on the phone line to which you’re forwarded your CLEAR Voice calls. For example, if you forward your CLEAR Voice number to a number that does not support Caller ID, the caller’s information will not be displayed.

The MAC ID (Media Access Control Identifier) is a set of 12 alphanumeric characters on each WiMAX device used to identify your device on the CLEAR network. The MAC ID is listed on the label on the bottom of your device and is preceded by the letters “MAC”.
