How will my CLEAR Spot device be shipped to me?


All CLEAR devices are shipped via UPS next business day. You should receive the equipment the day after you place your order as long as the order is received before 4:00 P.M. EST.

Shipping Address Restriction

The device must be shipped to an address within the pre-approved Bay-Area zipcode.

Why do we ask for credit card

A user credit card is necessary to open an account with CLEAR even if there is no charge or purchase for two reasons:


If no purchase was selected in the order, your credit card will not be charged.

Service Area Requirement

Location where the user intends to use the service. This must be a pre-approved Bay-Area zipcode for the Innovation Network Offer.

The MAC ID (Media Access Control Identifier) is a set of 12 alphanumeric characters on each WiMAX device used to identify your device on the CLEAR network. The MAC ID is listed on the label on the bottom of your device and is preceded by the letters “MAC”.
