What is the CLEAR Return and Cancel Policy?

If you purchase CLEAR service from and after October 30, 2011, then your ability to cancel service and potentially receive a refund amount shall be governed by the  Return & Cancellation Policy  . However, if you purchased CLEAR service prior to October 30, 2011, then your ability to cancel service and potentially receive a refund amount shall be governed by the   Return & Cancellation Policy  .

Re-up

If your short-term pass has expired, you’ll need to purchase a new pass to get back online. The good news is, it’s easy to do.
