I forgot my User Name/Password, what do I do?

Retrieving your user name or password is simple! Just follow these steps:

Forgot Username:

From the Sign In page click on the forgot username link I forgot my user name.

If you are connected with your CLEAR device:
The MAC ID will prepopulate for you. Click next. Your username will be retrieved and displayed to you on the Sign In page.

If you are not connected with your CLEAR device: You will then be prompted to enter the phone number on the account and Zip Code of service. Click next.
If the information you enter is correct, your username will be retrieved and displayed to you on the Sign In page.
Note: If you have multiple services with CLEAR, you will be required to enter the Mac ID or Serial Number to get an exact match to the right user name. You can also contact one of our Live Chat reps to help you out.

Forgot Password:

From the Sign In page click on forgot password link I forgot my password.
Enter your User Name, click next.
Type in the answer to your Security Question, click next.
You can choose to have your password sent to your email address or you can reset your password immediately on the web site.
Note: If you have a email address, you will not be able to access your email to retrieve your password. Make sure to select the Reset Your Password option.

If you reset your password on the web site, you will receive confirmation that it was reset successfully. You will also receive an email confirmation about the password change.



If your short-term pass has expired, you’ll need to purchase a new pass to get back online. The good news is, it’s easy to do.
