How do I know if there is a service outage in my area?

At CLEAR we are constantly monitoring our towers and working to improve our wireless networks. However there may be an occasional disruption of service as we build up our new technology. When outage problems are detected that are out of our control, our technicians move immediately to resolve the problem and restore service back to you as quickly as possible.

In the event that you are experiencing an extended period of service downtime and need to find out about a possible outage in your area, you may contact the Technical Support line at (888) 888-3113.

Re-up

If your short-term pass has expired, you’ll need to purchase a new pass to get back online. The good news is, it’s easy to do.

CLEAR lets you choose the pass that works best for you—weekly, daily, or even two-hour increments. Get 4G take-it-with-you internet exactly when you want it.
