How can I track my 3G data usage?

If you are on a Dual Mode plan that includes 3G usage, you can track your estimated 3G data usage here (you will be prompted to sign into your account). Your estimated 3G data usage is updated every day, so you will know when you’re close to going over your monthly allowance. If you keep track, you can adjust your online activities to help avoid going over your monthly 3G usage allowance. To ensure you are getting more out of your service and minimizing your 3G usage, you should try to use your 4G service as much as possible.

Customers will be emailed when they have reached approximately 80% of their 5GB monthly allowance for 3G data usage during any particular bill cycle.  When customers have reached approximately 100% of their 5GB monthly allowance for 3G data usage, they will receive both another email notification and a note posted on the My Account Message Center. 

In addition, customers will receive an email notice of the precise amount of any 3G usage overage charges at least 10 days prior to the date on which these customers actually will be charged for this 3G overage usage. 



If your short-term pass has expired, you’ll need to purchase a new pass to get back online. The good news is, it’s easy to do.
