What do the LED status lights mean on my CLEAR Spot 4G - Personal Hotspot?

Wi-Fi On

  1. To turn on your CLEAR Spot 4G - Personal Hotspot, PRESS & HOLD the ‘Power Button’ for about 3 seconds. Release when the 4G LED illuminates Red..
  2. The 4G LED will flash Red while searching for a 4G signal.
  3. Once a signal is found, the 4G LED will indicate signal strength in solid color as indicated in the table.
  4. The Wi-Fi LED will illuminate in Blue when the CLEAR Spot 4G begins broadcasting a signal. At this point, the device will show up in your available wireless networks.
  5. When plugged in, charge your CLEAR Spot 4G - Personal Hotspot until the Power LED glows Green. This takes approximately 3 hours to go from no power to full charge.

Option 2) Turn on your CLEAR device and connect to the wi-fi signal. Launch your browser then follow the directions to buy a monthly plan or short-term pass.

Re-up

If your short-term pass has expired, you’ll need to purchase a new pass to get back online. The good news is, it’s easy to do.

CLEAR lets you choose the pass that works best for you—weekly, daily, or even two-hour increments. Get 4G take-it-with-you internet exactly when you want it.

To re-up your service, just follow these instructions.
