My browser is stuck on a message from CLEAR. What now?
When you launch a browser to surf the net, sometimes CLEAR will display important messages regarding your account. Please follow the step by step instructions on your screen to rectify the problem*.
*Please note: If your account is past due, click on the option to make a payment from the message directly on your screen. You can also call us at 888-888-3113, option 2 to make a payment through our automated system.
If, after following the on-screen steps, you are still not able to freely browse the web using your CLEAR WiMax modem, please:
- Clear your browser cache. (For instructions please go to: How do I clear my browser cache and cookies).
- If you’re a Windows user, try resetting your TCP/IP settings by following these steps:
- Try restarting your computer.
