My browser is stuck on a message from CLEAR. What now?

When you launch a browser to surf the net, sometimes CLEAR will display important messages regarding your account. Please follow the step by step instructions on your screen to rectify the problem*.

*Please note: If your account is past due, click on the option to make a payment from the message directly on your screen. You can also call us at 888-888-3113, option 2 to make a payment through our automated system.

If, after following the on-screen steps, you are still not able to freely browse the web using your CLEAR WiMax modem, please:

  1. Clear your browser cache. (For instructions please go to: How do I clear my browser cache and cookies).
    1. If you’re a Windows user, try resetting your TCP/IP settings by following these steps:
      1. Fix it the easy way by running this Microsoft®** Fix it Wizard! Just click this link, select Run in the File Download window and follow the instructions in the wizard.
      2. Are you an advanced user who likes to fix things manually? Read the Microsoft® kb article found here.
  2. Try restarting your computer.
  3. If the issue is not resolved, please visit our live chat or call Technical Support at 888-888-3113 so we may further assist you.

Option 2) Turn on your CLEAR device and connect to the wi-fi signal. Launch your browser then follow the directions to buy a monthly plan or short-term pass.

Re-up

If your short-term pass has expired, you’ll need to purchase a new pass to get back online. The good news is, it’s easy to do.

CLEAR lets you choose the pass that works best for you—weekly, daily, or even two-hour increments. Get 4G take-it-with-you internet exactly when you want it.

To re-up your service, just follow these instructions.
