Setting up and accessing CLEAR email

If e-mail is included in your plan, then setting up a new CLEAR e-mail account is easy. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to My Account on the homepage.
  2. Click on the My Services tab at the top of the page.
  3. Click on the Email tab.
  4. Click on the Set up a New Email Account button and follow the guided steps to set up your new CLEAR email address.

Email Feature Deactivation Notice

We would like to inform you that starting April 15, 2015, Clearwire will no longer support your CLEAR Email/Clearwire Email services. After that date you will no longer be able to send or receive emails, nor will you have access to any stored emails. This email feature deactivation affects all or your CLEAR Email/Clearwire Email accounts but it will not impact your Wireless Internet Service.

You've got two easy options.

Option 2) Turn on your CLEAR device and connect to the wi-fi signal. Launch your browser then follow the directions to buy a monthly plan or short-term pass.


If your short-term pass has expired, you’ll need to purchase a new pass to get back online. The good news is, it’s easy to do.

CLEAR lets you choose the pass that works best for you—weekly, daily, or even two-hour increments. Get 4G take-it-with-you internet exactly when you want it.
