I am having trouble connecting to my CLEAR.net email account.

  • If e-mail is included in your plan, you will first ensure that you are able to access other web sites. (For help go to: I am unable to browse the internet. )
  • If you have successfully connected to the internet but still not able to access your CLEAR.net email, Try using webmail:
    Webmail can be found at:http://webmail.clear.net
  • Still not connecting to your CLEAR email account? Clear your browser cache. (For instructions please go to: How do I clear my browser cache and cookies)

Option 2) Turn on your CLEAR device and connect to the wi-fi signal. Launch your browser then follow the directions to buy a monthly plan or short-term pass.

Re-up

If your short-term pass has expired, you’ll need to purchase a new pass to get back online. The good news is, it’s easy to do.
