Why am I seeing multiple payments to Clearwire for my monthly charges?

Sometimes banking institutions can place a small hold, or pre-authorization, on funds when you initiate a credit or debit card transaction. Although it appears as multiple payments, the pre-authorization does not actually result in a charge and will typically fall off in 3 to 5 business days, depending on the financial institution. It is important to remember that your bank may temporarily deduct the pre-authorization hold amount from available funds.
