Where can I make my payment?

For your convenience we offer two ways in which you can make your CLEAR payments:

In Person
  • CLEAR Retail Stores: Visit a local CLEAR store to make a payment using either cash or your credit/debit card. To find a CLEAR retail store near you, use our CLEAR Store Locator.
  • CLEAR Authorized Retailer: Many CLEAR authorized retailers can take cash payments. Please call the particular location, in advance of travelling there, to ensure that it offers the cash payment option. Please note that a separate transaction fee will apply to each cash payment made.
At your Fingertips
  • Online: Sign in at www.clear.com/my-account to verify/update your payment information or make a one-time payment with a credit/debit card
  • Call: Dial 888.888.3113 to use our automated IVR to make a one-time payment with a credit/debit card
  • Chat: Go to www.clear.com and select “Click to Chat”, where a representative can assist you with updating your payment information or making a one-time payment with a credit/debit card.

Have a CLEAR device, but don't have service yet?
You've got two easy options.

Option 1) Go to Bring Your own Device and get a monthly plan here at CLEAR.com

Option 2) Turn on your CLEAR device and connect to the wi-fi signal. Launch your browser then follow the directions to buy a monthly plan or short-term pass.

Re-up

If your short-term pass has expired, you’ll need to purchase a new pass to get back online. The good news is, it’s easy to do.

CLEAR lets you choose the pass that works best for you—weekly, daily, or even two-hour increments. Get 4G take-it-with-you internet exactly when you want it.

To re-up your service, just follow these instructions.
