How can I get billing information about My Account?

You can view your CLEAR account billing information by following these simple steps:

  1. Sign in to My Account on CLEAR.com
  2. Click on the 'Billing' tab
  3. Options on this page will include:
    • Update Billing Information
    • Make an Early Payment
    • Find a Cash Payment Location
    • View All Payment History

Option 2) Turn on your CLEAR device and connect to the wi-fi signal. Launch your browser then follow the directions to buy a monthly plan or short-term pass.

Re-up

If your short-term pass has expired, you’ll need to purchase a new pass to get back online. The good news is, it’s easy to do.
