Have you tried resetting your CLEAR device?

Most technical issues can be quickly resolved by simply restarting your device. If you are using a CLEAR Home Modem, simply unplug the power supply for 10 seconds and then plug it back in.
If you are using a CLEAR Spot, turn the power off for 10 seconds and then turn it back on.
