How easy is it to set up?
Just plug the Clear 4G Mobile USB into the standard USB port of your laptop and install using the Connection Manager. Once you’ve installed the device, your laptop should connect automatically inside the CLEAR 4G coverage areas (with the Clear 4G Mobile USB connected).
Can I use the Clear 4G Mobile USB on a desktop computer?
Sure, as long as your computer is inside a CLEAR 4G or 3G coverage area and meets the minimum requirements (in the Specifications tab).
How can I get even better performance from my Clear 4G Mobile USB?
Whether you’re at home or in the office, you can improve the signal and performance of your 4G Mobile USB with this compact performance dock. The Clear USB Performance Dock uses larger antennae to improve signal strength and is powered by your computer–just plug it into your computer’s USB port and place your 4G Mobile USB in the cradle to maximize performance indoors.
How will my device be shipped to me?
All Clear devices are shipped via UPS next business day. You should receive the equipment the day after you place your order as long as the order is received before 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time.

The MAC ID (Media Access Control Identifier) is a set of 12 alphanumeric characters on each WiMAX device used to identify your device on the CLEAR network. The MAC ID is listed on the label on the bottom of your device and is preceded by the letters “MAC”.
