4 Provided solely to new customers on select CLEAR internet service plans and applied in two $25 monthly installments toward your recurring monthly service fees owed for your first and second full months of CLEAR service. Credit (or non-applied portion thereof) will be lost if you are in breach or your CLEAR service is suspended or terminated (for any reason) prior to your billing date on which portion of credit is scheduled to be applied.
5 CLEAR not liable if, for any reason, you are unable to access your usage information, an email notification is not sent to or received by you, or your usage information is erroneous or out of date.
