Return & Cancellation Policy
Clearwire offers a 14-day return policy (a 30-day return policy in the Austin, TX metropolitan area) on equipment and services purchased and activated directly through clear.com. If (for any reason) you are not completely satisfied with your service or equipment, then you may cancel within 14 days (30 days in the Austin, TX metrolpolitan area) of signing up for the service -- by calling customer service at 888-888-3113 -- without incurring an Early Termination Fee or a restocking fee (as applicable). However, you will be responsible for payment of (a) a pro-rated portion of your monthly service fee and (b) any and all other charges, fees, and taxes that you may incur during the return period through the date of cancellation.
Within 30 days after cancelling service under our return policy, you must return -- in undamaged condition and good working order -- any equipment you purchased or leased from us, in order to receive a refund on purchased equipment, or to avoid incurring a non-return fee on leased equipment, all as outlined more fully in our Terms of Service. In addition, if within 30 days after cancelling service under our return policy you have failed to return any laptop or netbook that you had purchased from us in conjunction with such cancelled service, then notwithstanding anything stated in the immediately preceding paragraph or in your Order Confirmation or in our Terms of Service, you will remain subject to the Early Termination Fee(s) that comprised part of your cancelled service plan.
Should you decide to cancel service more than 14 days (30 days in the Austin, TX metropolitan area) after you initially signed up for service, or should your service be terminated by Clearwire for violation by you of our Terms of Service (or of any other agreement between you and Clearwire), then as explained more fully in our Terms of Service, you will remain subject to any Early Termination Fee or restocking fee that may be part of your service plan.
