Return & Cancelation Policy
Clearwire offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on equipment and services purchased directly from clear.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your service or the equipment, you can call customer service at 888-888-3113 within the first 7 days of following your receipt of the equipment and cancel your service and return your equipment with full refund.
Cancelation will occur upon return of your leased or purchased CLEAR device. All equipment and service refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Any rebate associated with the returned equipment will be voided. Equipment returns must be in like new condition.
Should you decide to cancel service for any reason after the first 7 days following your receipt of the equipment, including relocation outside a coverage area, or should your service be terminated by Clearwire for violation by you of our Terms of Service prior to the end of the Initial Term of your agreement, you will be charged an early termination fee as outlined in our Terms of Service.
