Schedule of Fees

Clearwire reserves the right to seek cost reimbursement for any requests for customer information. If reimbursement is requested, the following fees shall apply:

• IP Search for basic subscriber information – $50 per IP Address/Date/Time search
• Live Intercept Fees – $500 per month
• Call Detail Records – $50 per target phone number
• Expedited Fee : $25, in addition to the fees herein
• Preservation Requests – $50 per IP address/Date/Time search
• Matters involving child pornography – $0
• Life of Death requests – $0
