Schedule of Fees
Clearwire reserves the right to seek cost reimbursement for any requests for customer information. If reimbursement is requested, the following fees shall apply:
| -IP Search for basic subscriber information | $50 per IP Address/Date/Time search | |
| -Live Intercept Fees | $500 per month | |
| -Call Detail Records | $50 per target phone number | |
| -Expedited Fee | $25, in addition to the fees herein | |
| -Preservation Requests | $50 per IP address/Date/Time search | |
| -Matters involving child pornography | $0 | |
| -Life or Death requests | $0 |
