How do I keep unauthorized devices from using my CLEAR Spot® Voyager?

The CLEAR Spot includes full-strength wi-fi security (WEP, WPA, WPA2) for password-controlled access to your CLEAR super fast take-it-with-you internet.

How long does the CLEAR Spot® Voyager battery last?

The battery should provide approximately 6 hours of continuous use, although this will vary based on operating conditions such as 4G signal strength, wi-fi transmit power level, and the number of connected devices.

Is the battery for the CLEAR Spot® Voyager rechargeable?

Yes. The CLEAR Spot Voyager has a rechargeable battery. It even works while recharging through the included wall charger or your computer USB port, or even from an optional car charger accessory.

What wi-fi standards does the CLEAR Spot® Voyager support?

The CLEAR Spot Voyager supports 802.11b/g standards for broad wi-fi-enabled device compatibility.

What type of security does the CLEAR Spot® Voyager provide?

What is the range of the CLEAR Spot® Voyager's wi-fi signal?

CLEAR Spot Voyager provides wi-fi coverage up to 100 feet away. As with any wi-fi network, your coverage may be affected by obstructions (e.g., building walls and doors, terrain and foliage, weather and atmospheric conditions, and other factors).

Warranty for CLEAR Devices

New Equipment is covered by a limited warranty. The manufacturer’s limited warranty provides that your Equipment will be substantially free from material defects, under normal use in compliance with the manufacturer’s and CLEAR instructions, for a period of one (1) year from the date you receive the Equipment ("Limited Warranty”).

Warranty for CLEAR Refurbished Devices

CLEAR refurbished devices have gone through a stringent refurbishment process by a factory-authorized provider, with the intent of meeting the same functional requirements as a new device. Refurbished devices are governed by the same return policy as a new device purchased from CLEAR and includes a 90-Day Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Your Data Allowance Renews Each Month

Your data allowance automatically renews on the same day each month.

What if I Use All of My Data Allowance?We don't charge overage fees. If you use your entire monthly data allowance before your current monthly service period ends, you have two options to get back online.

Wait Until Your Next Service Session Starts

If you choose to wait, your internet service will pause until your next monthly service period starts (at which time your monthly data allowance automatically will renew).

Start a New Service Session Right Away

You can immediately start a new service session if you used your data allowance before the end of your current monthly service period. Your renewal date will then change to the day of the month on which your new service session starts.

REMEMBER: You can always switch next month's rate plan to a rate plan with a different data allowance or to an Unlimited* Data plan via My Account.
