New Equipment is covered by a limited warranty. The manufacturer’s limited warranty provides that your Equipment will be substantially free from material defects, under normal use in compliance with the manufacturer’s and CLEAR instructions, for a period of one (1) year from the date you receive the Equipment (”Limited Warranty”).
CLEAR Refurbished Devices
CLEAR refurbished devices have gone through a stringent refurbishment process by a factory-authorized provider, with the intent of meeting the same functional requirements as a new device. Refurbished devices are governed by the same return policy as a new device purchased from CLEAR and includes a 90-Day Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty.
