How We’re Different

• We want to fulfill the great big, awesome promise of the internet. We want to do away with the sad, slow version of mobile internet people have gotten used to and replace it with the whole fast and fully loaded enchilada.
• Our network was built for the internet, while other so-called internet networks were built for who knows what.
• Our swathe of spectrum in the sky is bigger than anyone else’s. (For non-engineers, that means faster, cheaper internet. That’s definitely different.)
• This may disappoint some, but we should spread the word that we’re not a phone or cable company (Gee, you took that pretty well)
• A little something we like to refer to as unlimited 4G data. Others like to use this term too, but when we say it we mean offering you plans without data caps and overage charges.
• No guy will show up to install it. Better yet, no guy will not show up to install it.
• We don’t have hidden fees. Actually, we wouldn’t know where to hide them.
• If people don’t want another stinking contract, they don’t have to have one.
• If our coverage currently doesn’t cover your house or apartment, we’ll tell you upfront and then work like mad to make sure we’ve covered your bases of operation.
• Like we said before, we’re trying to fulfill the promise of the internet. And where we still have work to do, we’ll look our customers in the eye and tell them exactly that.
